As more people have transitioned to working from home, this has become a common reason for people looking to upgrade to a home with room for a designated work space. 

4. Trading city life for the Suburbs.

People kove out of the city for many different reasons, but one thing a lot of them have in common is that when they do make the move out of the city, they want a home with more space to grow. For a lot of people this is the move from a condo to home with a yard.
